Microwave oven: Remove product from packaging and place it on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on High for 25 seconds, if product is thawed in the refrigerator or microwave for 30 seconds,if product is frozen. Microwave oven power may vary. Conventional Oven: Remove product from packaging and place it on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 8 minutes, if product is thawed or 10-12 minutes, if product is frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Defrost for 2 hours in refrigerator and serve.
